Frank Williams 2019
The invites to enter the 2019 Frank Williams Competition being held this year on the 29th/30th June at the Newby Rd. Gymnastics Centre have been sent to local clubs. This is a low level floor and vault competition aimed at recreational gymnasts doing no more than 2 hrs per week. The moves are based on the BG Proficiency scheme and are set to music.
We will have certificates and a Frank Williams T-Shirt for all gymnasts as part of the entry fee.
If you have not been to the Frank Williams before, then we hope you can join us this year.

This is a popular competition and we have made in an open competition this year. Please enter early as we will be capping the numbers at 400. Feel free to pass to other clubs.
