Confidence and Self Esteem – learning new skills and getting stronger builds confidence and self esteem in children

Listening Skills – children are taught the importance of listening to coaches and other gymnasts, a skill that translates well to all facets of life

Set and achieve goals – helps children strive for accomplishments whether they be learning a new skill or making a competition team

Skills for other sports – it doesn’t matter if your child does not stick with the sport, the skills they learn and fitness they will gain will stay with them throughout life and their other sporting endeavours
