All classes are structured and are designed for children from two and a half year olds until they go to school. The sessions are on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and are 45 minutes long. The start times are at 10.15, 11.15 and 11.30 depending on the day.
We run two different classes as follows:
Pre-School Classes with Parents is for two and a half year olds that are run by our coaches with parents in close attendance. These are structured classes for younger children and a step up from the Parent and Toddler classes.
Pre-School Classes (Independent) is for three and a half year olds until they go to school that are run by our coaches with parents watching from the viewing balcony. These are structured classes for children not yet in full time education.
Costs are £5.50 per session, payable for a block of classes.
This class can be booked and paid for online using the ‘Book Now’ button towards the bottom of the page, but please read the following information first:
You have to be a member of British Gymnastics to enroll in this class and the fee is £13, renewable in October. When you register with British Gymnastics you will be asked to pay them directly to BG.
There is a membership fee of £10 for SSoG, which will be invoiced in October.

During the booking process it tells you the date of your first class and the last date for the month you have enrolled for. You will be charged for the classes remaining in the month.
We only accept credit/debit cards for the initial payment this class. Subsequent fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit.
Once you have signed up the place is yours until you tell us that you want to leave or if you stop your Direct Debit.
Please note that if you are entitled to any reductions, such as sibling discount or SMBC Leisure Key, then please secure the place by paying full price and contact the office to apply the discount to your account for your future invoices.
It will also show you if classes are full and you will need to join the waiting list by clicking on the ‘Waiting List’ button. No payment is required to join the waiting list.
