The Competition Squad

SSoG are pleased to announce the formation of a Competition Squad for better recreational gymnasts, who will be competing in both Floor and Vault competitions, such as the Greater Manchester and North West championships and the 4 and 5 piece competitions at Flic Flac and High Peak. The new sessions start in September and will initially consist of 40 gymnasts on Wednesday and Friday evenings.

This is an exciting new development and forms the link in the performance pathways between the recreational sessions and the club. Tracey Davenport will be running the squad and their first outing, hopefully all wearing the new leotard, will be at the Flic Flac Autumn Competition in September.
