New Parent and Toddlers Class

We currently run Parent and Toddler classes on Monday Thursday and Friday and due to the high demand we are adding a class on a Wednesday morning from 9.30 to 10.30. The first class will be on Wednesday 1st March and weekly from that date.

This is a turn up and pay on the door session, no need to book. The cost is £4.00 per session.

The Parent and Toddler session is an unstructured class, we do a little warm up and cool down with them but it’s really a chance for you to explore the gym with them. If you want more structured classes please visit our pre-school classes page.
