**PLEASE NOTE FROM 11th JANUARY 2026 SESSIONS WILL RUN ON SUNDAYS 6.15pm-7.45pm


These sessions are open to anyone aged 17 and over and take place on Sunday evenings from 6:15pm to 7:45pm. All sessions are supervised by a qualified gymnastics coach (Level 2 or above).

You can drop in at any time, as there is no formal group warm-up or stretching. These relaxed, unstructured sessions are ideal for beginners and novices, with full access to all gymnastics equipment.

Sessions cost £6.25 and must be booked and paid for online in advance.

Please wear appropriate clothing for these sessions; leggings and a t-shirt are recommended. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

A qualified coach will be available to offer guidance and advice; however, you are responsible for your own care and safety. Apparatus sessions are unstructured.

Please note the Code of Conduct below. These requirements are in place to ensure your safety and the safety of others. Make sure you read the information carefully and follow all rules and guidelines during each session.

The session fee includes British Gymnastics Block Insurance, which provides cover for up to one session per month. If you attend more frequently, you will need to become a British Gymnastics member, which includes the required insurance to participate.

PARTICIPANTS’ CODE OF CONDUCT


•You must seek advice from the coach if you are attempting a new skill.
•DOUBLE SOMERSAULTS are not permitted in this gym.
•You must not alter/adjust any of the equipment. If you need any of the equipment adjusting, please speak to one of the coaches who will assist.
•You must not consume any food in the gym hall – Drinks must be left at the entrance.
•No jewellery is to be work by anyone inside the gym.
•No shoes or footwear are to be worn during the session.
•Long hair is to be tied back and secured, jewellery removed. Nails must be short so as to avoid injuring either yourself or the coaches.
