Coaching Seminar

SSoG was host to Mike Lea today for a coaching seminar, helping coaches with moves that the gymnasts hope to be competing later in the year. Good turn out of both gymnasts and coaches. Mike is back tomorrow and we hopefully will be moving from Floor and Bars that we completed today to Vault and Beam. Maybe we will get some action shots?
