Adult Classes

Great news, we have a coach and the sessions restart on Friday 4th October from 8.15 for an hour. All sessions can be booked online from this website.

Our adult gymnastics class is a non structured class.

The warm up and initial conditioning is structured.

The following apparatus session is intended for adults to have fun in a safe and stimulating environment. A qualified coach will be on hand to advise, but you are responsible for the care and safety of yourself. The apparatus session is not structured.

The charge is £5 per session which includes BG Block Insurance which covers you for up to 1 session per month. If you attend more frequently you will need to take out BG Insurance which is £19 per annum and is renewable on 1st October.
