Kit is not compulsory unless you are in the Competitive Club.
Ideal attire is a leotard and shorts for girls or unitard for boys. Shorts or leggings can be worn with a t shirt.
Hair should be tied back if long enough to do so, no jewellery is to be worn. If newly pierced, tape can be worn over the jewellery 6 weeks after piercing, after this the jewellery should not be worn.
Socks should not be worn in the gym. We also suggest every gymnast brings a bottle of water to each session.
