The Newby Road facility is 100% dedicated to gymnastics. It is open for 7 days a week delivering classes to more than 800 members. The facilities are being added to on a continuous basis as are the activities. The centre is available for hire.
The Newby Road Gymnastics Centre
There is a full size competition sprung floor supplied by Gymnova and entirely funded by Sport England as part of their Inspired Facilities Lottery Money. There are 4 beams, a vaulting table, a full size trampoline, a tumble track, a rebound set up, a single bar, uneven bars and a foam pit with spotting platform and uneven bars.

We have a Continental Sports Carbon Rod Tumble Track, which enters the foam pit. This allows both tumbling and vaulting into foam to develop moves.

The facility has a small dance studio, which is used for choreography and conditioning and stretching.

There is a viewing gallery with seating for parents to watch and a cafe with wifi and an under 5’s play equipment.
