Ladies Fitness

 Dance Fitness Class 

These dance based sessions are with our qualified choreographer Holly. This class is for all ages and abilities and are held on a Tuesday morning 9.30 – 10.30am (term time only) Each week the sessions have a different style of dance/music to target different muscle groups, and is a great full body workout!

The sessions are £4 booked and paid online before the session. Book your class now.

Please wear appropriate clothing, leggings and a t-shirt are best for these sessions. Bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.

Please note: Participants who attend gymnastic sessions more regularly than 1 hour per week must have British Gymnastics membership. Should you only wish to attend a session once a month no British Gymnastics membership is required. British Gymnastics membership for Adults – this can be applied for via the British Gymnastics website.
