Stockport Easter Competition 2010

Great day, lovely warm temperatures, competition ran on time, judging was excellent and lots of medals spread around the clubs. We got some great comments from all visiting team and maybe even made a couple of bob. The team trophy was won by Rochdale for the 9th year running, well done to Cheryl and her team. We were very close behind on the pre-Novice scores.

We had some excellent performances, unfair to single anyone out as we did have a lot of medalists, although no individual overall champions. This is a good warm up for the forthcoming GM Open competition and a guide as to the target scores that the gymnasts need for entry to competitions during 2010.

So a big well done to all, coaches, gymnasts judges and parents who helped out.
