The competition was held over the weekend of 23rd/24th October at the Leisure Centre in Blackpool. We entered gymnasts in the under 10, under 12 and under 14 age groups and came home with 2 medals, a silver and a bronze. Pictured to the right are the gymnasts who took part in the under 12s and the full results are below. The largest group were the under 12s, 36 gymnasts entered in this fiercely contested category. Although we didn't win any medals, Stevie Taylor came a creditable 10th overall, her highest position was 7th on bars. Our medals came in the under 14 competition where Nicola Perkins won a silver on the floor and a bronze on the vault. |
