The competition was held on Sunday 28th September at Fit City, Ordsall. This was the first time that the competition had been run in the North West and SSoG entered all of the gymnasts that had done well in the Frank Williams Competition in the Summer.

The gymnasts did the club proud with lots of medals, some huge improvements in routines and a great team spirit. Well done to Vicki who singlehandedly got the routines together and provided the coaching.
