The Frank Williams Recreational Competition will be held on two days, Saturday 3th July and Sunday 4th July at Target Life Dialstone.
Young Gymnasts As you are aware we have not been able to run competitions for gymnasts aged 5 and under and we are not allowed to rank gymnasts aged 7 and under. This is BG policy. Hence for those gymnasts we are unable to give out gold silver and bronze medals and have come up with some alternative awards: |
There will be a company selling leotards, refreshments and this year we will have an official photographer. We are continuing with the Floor and Vault format with no Beam and we have limited the number of entries. Girls: Most Artistic Floor Routine, Best Flat Back Vault, Best Box Top Vault, Best Leap, Best Acrobatic Move, Best Flighted Vault. Boys: Best Balance, Best Flat Back Vault, Best Balance, Best Box Top Vault, Best Acrobatic Move, Best Linking Moves, Best Flighted Vault. We will be running a competition in September, The Frank Williams Masters, for gymnasts who have already taken part in other competitions such as the NW General Gymnastics competition and the Phil Tighe. |
