The four piece squad consists of over 30 gymnasts between the ages of 6 and 18, who train between 9 and 17 hours a week.

Membership is by invitation only based on assessments held during the recreational sessions

The four-piece gymnasts are split into small groups based around ability and the competitions being aimed for.

The gymnasts work towards a number of county, regional and inter-club 2-piece and 4-piece competitions throughout each year. They also work towards the regional club or compulsory elite grades, aiming to gain a place on the Greater Manchester or North West teams. 

We also accept transfers from other clubs if we have sufficient coaching resource.
