David McLean Developments has now completed the first stage of consultation in the proposed redevelopment of the Dialstone Centre. The feedback has been extremely positive and supportive and we are looking forward now to working with Stockport MBC to deliver much improved facilities which will bring real benefits to the community.

Our consultation consultant and architect Ian Ankers has met with centre users and service providers throughout the Autumn to ascertain what their requirements are from a new centre. These findings are now being analysed and we will be holding first stage discussions with the planning department over the coming weeks. We will then organise a series of drop-in exhibitions in the local community and will have points of contact at the Dialstone Centre where people will be able to post their views and suggestions.
