Group 1 - Seniors

This group of gymnasts are between the ages of 15 and 16 and are coached by Phil Richardson. They train for a maximum of 9 hours a week and all the gymnasts in the group are active coaches in the club.

They compete in Level 4 and Level 3 competitions across the region.

Group 2 -  Senior Novice

These gymnasts range between the ages of 9 and 13 and are also coached with the senior group by Phil Richardson assisted by Jo Richards. They train for a maximum of 14.5 hours a week.

These gymnasts compete in 4 piece Novice and Pre-Novice competitions across the region. These gymnasts work along the NDP Club Grades Pathway.

Group 3 - Novice/Pre-Novice

This group of gymnasts range between the ages of 8 and 12, and are coached by Mike Healy and Jo Richards. They train for a maximum of 14.5 hours per week.

These gymnasts compete in 4 piece Pre-Novice and Novice competitions across the region. These gymnasts also work along the NDP Club Grades Pathway.

Group 4 - Pre-Novice

This group of gymnasts range between the ages of 8 and 10, and are coached by Bev Perkins and Mike Dooley. They train for a maximum of 14.5 hours per week.

These gymnasts compete in 2 Piece Novice competitions and 4 piece Pre-Novice and Novice competitions across the region. These gymnasts also work along the NDP Club Grades Pathway.

Group 5 - Junior Pre-Novice

This group of gymnasts range between the ages of 5 and 8, and are in 2 groups coached by Dave Griffiths and Alyson Burgess. They train for a maximum of 14.5 hours per week.

These gymnasts compete in 2 Piece Pre-Novice and Novice competitions across the region. These gymnasts will also work along the NDP Club Grades Pathway.

Group 6 - Beginners

This group of gymnasts range between the ages of 5 and 8, and are in 2 groups coached by Jessica Todd and Hollie Ward. They train for a maximum of 6 hours per week.

These gymnasts compete in 2 Piece Pre-Novice competitions across the region. These gymnasts will also work along the NDP Club Grades Pathway as they become old enough

Senior 2 Piece Gymnasts

This group of gymnasts range between the ages of 13 and 16, and are coached by Pete Stanway and Berit Leach. They train on a Saturday morning for 3 hours.

These gymnasts compete in 2 Piece Novice and Intermediate competitions across the region.

This group of gymnasts range between the ages of 10 and 13, and are coached by Lynzi Humphreys and Rosie Jones. They train on a Saturday morning for 3 hours.

These gymnasts compete in 2 Piece Pre-Novice and Novice competitions across the region.

Pre-Novice Junior 2 Piece Gymnasts

This group of gymnasts range between the ages of 7 and 10, and are coached by Mike Dooley. They train on a Sunday afternoon for 3 hours.

These gymnasts will compete in 2 Piece Pre-Novice and Novice competitions across the region as they progress.
